Campus Visit Audits

During a campus visit audit, we can evaluate:

  • The process by which campus visits are arranged and staged, the communication that precedes the visit, and any follow-up that occurs after the visit.
  • The tour route, the content of the tours, and the tour guides (e.g., appearance, communication skills, etc.).
  • The tour guide training manual and any other elements used to train/manage/reward tour guides.
  • The campus aesthetics and visit-related activities in regard to their impact on the campus visit experience (e.g., ease of finding the campus/admission office or event sites, appearance of the admissions office).

We can also conduct a campus visit follow-up study to better understand why prospective students who visited the campus ultimately chose not to apply for admission.
